Through our website, customers can purchase ready-to-wear collections and submit inquiries for custom design, garment redesign, and upcycling services.

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through product descriptions and photography.
Because screen settings and lighting conditions may vary, slight differences in colour may occur between the product images and the actual garment.
Every effort is made to ensure that product information is accurate at the time of publication.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency.
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.
Delivery within Jordan is free.
For international orders, shipping charges depend on the destination and applicable shipping service and will be calculated or communicated accordingly.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you’ll receive confirmation that your order has been received.
Ward by Safa reserves the right to contact customers if additional information is required to complete an order.
Orders remain subject to product availability.
For custom design, redesign, and upcycling orders, additional approval and production requirements apply as outlined in our Customization Policy.
6. Payment
Ward by Safa currently accepts:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) within Jordan.
- CliQ.
- Secure online payments.
Orders will be processed once payment requirements have been completed according to the selected payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Ward by Safa offers domestic delivery throughout Jordan and international shipping through tracked delivery services.
Delivery within Jordan is free.
For international orders, available destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and applicable shipping service.
Please note that the production period for custom-made orders is separate from the shipping timeframe.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only immediately upon inspection at the time of delivery and only where a manufacturing defect is identified. The item must remain in its original condition.
Once an item has been inspected and accepted at delivery, it cannot be returned.
Exchanges may be requested within 24 hours of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition. Any applicable difference in price between the original and replacement item will be taken into account.

9. Custom Design Services
Ward by Safa offers custom design, garment redesign, and upcycling services.
Each project is discussed individually before production begins. Pricing varies depending on the design concept, production requirements, and associated costs.
Customers have a 5-day review period to consider the proposed design and provide final approval before production begins.
Once the design has been approved and cutting and production have started, no further changes can be made to the approved design.
Custom orders generally require approximately 2–3 weeks from final design approval until the piece is ready for shipping. Shipping time is additional.
Payment and cancellation requirements applicable to custom orders will be communicated before production begins.

10. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to photographs, artwork, designs, illustrations, graphics, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ward by Safa unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Ward by Safa reserves the right to correct product information, pricing, or website content whenever necessary.
